Yoga 4 Backs – Working on the Black Strap

Based on the theory behind Critical Alignment® Therapy, using the black strap and working in to the spine to release tension and strain in the large surface muscles, then creating movement in those areas. This is a great class for repetitive strain injuries, shoulder problems, upper back, and lower back. An excellent class for all levels (no level 1 experience needed).

Abundant Yoga

This class introduces Yoga to women who have fuller figures. With mindful awareness we will explore all the benefits that a Yoga practice can bring to any body. Abundant Body Yoga is about finding what does work, what feels right and how to allow the process of change to unfold in your body and life. We will honor the limitations that can present themselves with an Abundant Body by using supported postures and connection to the breath.
