
I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga for nearly ten years and I have yet to find anything more worthwhile. The benefits of this practice are ubiquitous in a practitioner's life.
The only advice I offer is to practice, practice, practice. Dedicate yourself to something, and you will experience positive change; I recommend Ashtanga yoga.
Yogadotcalm is a wonderful, warm, community and I am so grateful to have found myself a part of it.
