
A lifelong struggle with the ability to stay still lead me to yoga; the stillness yoga has found in me keeps me curious and wanting to learn more. Ashtanga allows a continuous flow of learning that I am grateful to be sharing in at Yoga Dot Calm.

Yoga became an art of the spirit. I found myself practicing to manage the psychological, not the physical, pressures of dance life. The marriage of yoga and dance became an elegant tutor to exploring the full resources of the body.
Along the way, I have been inspired by many teachers... most recently V. Sheshadri in Mysore, India. As a teacher my hope is that my inspiration to practice is passes on... that others can be inspired to find art within themselves.
