Guidelines & Etiquette

Follow these simple guidelines:

Be on time for class (arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in), the door is locked at class time. Please do not knock if you are late!

If you are pregnant or have serious health concerns (such as high blood pressure, recent surgery, or joint injury) be sure to inform your teacher BEFORE class.

Please turn off cell phones or better yet, leave them in your car.

Please avoid wearing perfumes and colognes.

Please leave your bags in the change rooms, please do not leave any jewelry or eyeglasses on the floor.

Don't overdress, a t-shirt or tank top and shorts are recommended.

Don't eat before class (minimum 1 hour) if possible (you will feel your lunch in the twists...)

We encourage meeting the person next to you, it improves the vibe in the room.

Check your competitive side at the door - there is nothing to "get" here this is not an athletic competition; or beauty contest. There are no prizes for best pose. ;)

Enjoy your time with your breath and yourself.

ONLINE SIGN IN

 

1. NEW STUDENTS MUST FILL OUT OUR INTAKE FORM AT THE STUDIO PROIR TO CREATING A PROFILE IN OUR SCHEDULING SYSTEM.

Students are required to create an account online if you would like to utilize the online sign up schedule. All new students to Yogadotcalm will be required to sign a waiver form at your first visit. Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first class.


2. We allow for approx. 50% online sign up. This means the class is NOT full when the online sign-up is full. All remaining spots are on a first come-first served basis. Please sign in when you arrive at the studio, signing in with a timely manner will insure that you have reserved your spot in class. If the class fills and you have not yet signed in you will not be bumped up the list.


3. Online sign-ins MUST arrive at least 10 mins before class start time or your spot may be given away. We do not accept phone cancellations.


4. Cancellations can be done online up to 45 minutes prior to the start of class. If you do not show up for class and your spot was not given away your pass card WILL be marked off for the class.  

 

 

Membership Terms

 

Memberships and Pass cards are non-refundable.

 

Memberships and Passes can be transferred once.

 

Memberships/Passes can only be extended due to injury or illness with a doctor’s note. All extensions must be confirmed/inquired about BEFORE expiry date of membership or pass.

 

A Travel Hold can be placed on any 6 month or one year membership. A Travel Hold can only be used once/year and is only valid on travel longer than 21 days. A Travel Hold must be confirmed BEFORE departure date.
