A gentle yet active class designed to lead expecting mothers through pregnancy, labour and childbirth. Taught in a relaxed atmosphere incorporating vinyasa style yoga and postures which will open and strengthen the body and calm the mind.

$15 for drop in
or
$120 for 10 classes or $60 for 5 classes, this card is also good for our postnatal and regular drop in classes after your delivery and has a one year expiry.

Teacher profile
Nicola teaches pre and post natal classes around the city and is looking forward to teaching a program for yogadotcalm. Nicola is a yoga in motion certified instructor and has pre and post natal training from "The Yoga Studio".
My personal goal is to provide women with a tools that they can take with them to the big day. The reports I get back suggest that most women use at least a few of the things they've learned and all of the women felt more at ease during the days leading up to delivery day knowing that they had those tools.

The
classes are designed for fun, fitness, relaxation, and (of course)
safety. There are basically two stages to the classes.
First we look at how you can use yoga during pregnancy to ease your body through this time of changes. We focus on strength and flexibility and also using poses to make your pregnancy a more comfortable time (you may even find a little more energy). The second element is poses, breath, relaxation and a whole myriad of things intended to help you through labour and delivery. |
